CC Manager is an application for managing files on your phone. It allows you to browse the files on your device, view them, and do anything else with them. It does this by using the permission it gets from the user.
After you install it, you will see the application icon on your phone's desktop. When you click on it, you will be asked to authorize the app. This is a one-time thing, so you will not have to do it again.
After that, you will see a page that says "Scan files". You will be able to choose the files you want to scan.
